Our salon features quiet zones like the Hafan bach (little sanctuary in Welsh) named after the long standing and well respected Hafan Cymru above us. Here you can find Our Oasis Relaxation Suite, Luna sensory & home to the red ligh therapy SAD syndrome, PEMF frequency Meditation Cabin. Cosy, aesthetic areas designed reconnect with yourself. We are not about pushing through the burn out culture here. We are redefining beauty standards making nervous system regular in self care.
Remember when being “grounded” as kid was a punishment thing, now grounding it’s all we want.
